On May 2, the Georgia Charter Schools Association mentioned GeorgiaCAN in its monthly newsletter, regarding a National Charter Schools Week celebration the organizations are co-hosting:
Join Georgia Charter Schools Association (GCSA) KIPP Metro Atlanta, Better Outcomes for Our Kids (BOOK) and GeorgiaCan for a National Charter Schools Week celebration featuring a special screening of the movie STEP and a step performance by Gamma Kappa Phi (members include KIPP Metro Atlanta students). The screening and performance will take place at KIPP Atlanta Collegiate on May 9, 2018, from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Please click HERE to register for this event.
